Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until documentation is approved.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify e28asia without undue delay upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. e28asia cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from authorised or unauthorised use of your Account where such use occurred before you notified us of a security breach.
Security Reminder: Use a strong, unique password for your e28asia Account. Avoid using the same password across multiple sites. Enable two-factor authentication where available for an additional layer of protection.
All deposits to your e28asia Account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. e28asia does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the Account reviewed for potential violation of these Terms.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method. Please refer to the cashier section of your Account for current limits. e28asia does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All funds deposited to your Account are held in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Player funds are maintained in accounts separate from Company operational funds.

Bonus Abuse: Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or systematic low-risk wagering to meet turnover requirements — will have all bonuses forfeited and may be permanently closed. e28asia's determination of bonus abuse is final.
All bets placed on the e28asia Platform are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within each game or betting market. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all products:
Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of sports and competitions, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, badminton, and esports. e28asia reserves the right to suspend or void betting markets at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of an event has been compromised, or if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned according to the applicable league or governing body rules.
Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to change or suspension without notice. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension will be settled according to the applicable rules at the time of bet placement.

This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of e28asia.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e28asia and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
e28asia makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude e28asia's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
In any event, e28asia's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you are dissatisfied with e28asia's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or, where applicable, an independent dispute resolution body recognised by e28asia's licensing regime.
e28asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any such amendments will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange the closure of your Account and the return of any eligible balance.
Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a user, e28asia will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via email to the address registered on your Account. However, no such obligation exists for minor or administrative changes.
